Cancellations

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped/delivered to you.

Returns

You can return the product purchased online from our website only under the following conditions.

• If the product is damaged or you have received the wrong product – the same needs to be photographed and sent across to the designated mail Id of Tex&Us. Tex&Us reserves the right to assess and accordingly decide whether the product is damaged or you have received the wrong product – our decision shall remain final. The following terms will further apply if the product is being returned: 
  • The product should be returned, unused, and in its original condition within 7 days from the date of the delivery. Our decision regarding the condition of returned goods will be final.
  • After we receive the product, we check that the product is not damaged anywhere after which we start the refund process.
• Used or washed products are not eligible to be returned.
• Make sure to return the product in the original packaging with the invoice.
• On asking for a refund, kindly send a photographed image along with packing to support@texandus.com.               
• If we accept the refund request, the customer is obliged to bear the shipping cost and courier the product to: LMTEX PRIVATE LIMITED,Mangal Parao Bareilly Road, Near Shiv Ratna Kendra, Next to Luxe Salon Haldwani, Distt Nainital, Pin code: 263139

Refunds

Under any scenario which is warranting a refund,  the customer’s account will be credited with the refund within 7 business days.

Credit / Debit Card Transactions

The guidelines below apply to how you use a credit or debit card on our website.

• You must be sure the credit or debit card information you enter is accurate.
• You may only conduct transactions using a credit or debit card that you possess.
• Tex&Us will have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above mentioned options, in accordance with applicable laws. However, Tex&Us disclaims any and all liability, including for refunds, in the event of any error arising from a failure in the applicable bank, card network or any other intermediary credit card service provider’s systems or networks.
• Tex&Us shall not take any responsibility for any payments made through a fraudulent card nor will it take responsibility for any fraudulent transactions.
